It has little white threads-like things erected on the inner-line that apparently bothered baby's skin. My daughter has had a bad rash. I liked the Pampers Baby Dry that my previous employers used, but now I am nanny to newborn triplets. The hospital was using the swaddlers and they just seemed so soft and fit so well. Now we have the babies home and have been going through various brands that were gifts from people - but Mom and I prefer the swaddlers HANDS DOWN over any other brand! They are soft, don't leak, fit comfortably, and the mesh liner keeps wetness away from sensitive skin. They are pricey, but worth every penny!!!
